"Erzenbach waterfall"

appointment at 6:30_PM in Cernay
It rains all day long and we are only 4 for the last one of the season.
Direction Uffholtz then Wattwiller. Leaving the village, we take the "route des Crêtes" (pike road) during 500m then on the right the small (frog) path. At the big junction we need to go down during 300m then we enter into the Steinbach valley.
The path that leads us at the end of the valley is wonderfull (forest, ferns,....). Little stop to marvel the Erzenbach waterfall (8:00 PM), then it's time to go back. We follow the Erzenbach brook who guides us to Steinbach. Only 1 km and we are in Cernay (8:25 PM).

- Very beautiful trip .... we are not even dirty .... ok, a little ....
- It's a pity that the sun goes down so early!!!!

"Gueberschwihr"

"Nice" climb in the vineyard until ND du Hubel, then more quiet (we go near the "Heiliger Baum"), St Marc convent, we cross the road to go above the quarry from Gueberschwihr, small "technical" descent (near the creek) then 300m before to see the foot from the quarry. At the climbing area, we are looking at the climbers and we comment!!
Near the forest house from St Marc, we use during 600m the road; on the right then to go on the stations of the Cross (chemin de croix) from Gueberschwihr. Michel discuss with the hunters and we arrive at ND de Schauenberg (too late, it's 8:05 PM.... the grid is closed since 5mn!!)
We pass again in the garden (+)

- superb trip
- I'm still not happy with my pictures. I can select only 12 (from 100).
- Be carreful, the next trip will be the last one from the season!!
- we talk about the next meal (early October): Treh ??? + slideshow;
- for retirement .... in 30 years :-) ... Michel will no longer go with us!!

We try again to unlock the brakes pads (MTB from Christophe).
Nothing to do, the pistons don't want to move!

"Boenlesgrab"

Schweighouse, Lautenbach, col de Boenlesgrab (2800 feet/865m), plaine de Rouffach, descent through Rehfelsen (we need only to follow the arrows).
Wintzfelden, Thannwiller. We go back to the col de Bannstein to go again in our favorite valley.
